Governing the digital boundaries of the Rruan Winter Adventures simulation environment. By accessing our frozen waters, you accept these operational parameters.
01. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Rruan Winter Adventures (rruan.com). These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rruan Winter Adventures, a Malaysian social entertainment provider.
By engaging with our fishing adventure simulations—including but not limited to Arctic Angler and Frozen Depths—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must terminate your online fishing sessions immediately.
02. Simulation Integrity & Ethical Use
Rruan Winter Adventures provides a fishing world built on high-fidelity environmental simulation. Our platform is strictly for interactive fishing and educational purposes.
Mandatory Disclosures
- A. Non-Commercial Nature: This platform is a social entertainment service. There are no opportunities to use real currency to wager on outcomes.
- B. Virtual Currency: All in-game points, badges, or "Rruan Ice Credits" are virtual tokens with zero real-world value. They cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash.
- C. Educational Scope: Information regarding arctic fishing gear is provided for immersion. This does not constitute professional survival training.
03. User Conduct Policy
Your winter fishing game experience is part of a shared social ecosystem. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy regarding the following:
- Exploitation of mobile fishing simulation mechanics to gain unfair advantages in community rankings.
- Harassment or abusive behavior directed at other expedition members or staff.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the Environmental Probability Engine.
04. Ownership of Digital Assets
All software, imagery, and simulation logic—including titles like Glacier Catch, Ice Hole Master, and Tundra Trek Fishing—are the intellectual property of Rruan Winter Adventures.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access the fishing experience. We reserve the right to modify virtual equipment specifications, environment strike rates, or account status at our discretion to maintain platform balance.
Integrity Beyond the Screen
Our commitment to arctic fishing realism means we do not tolerate external automation or scripting. Every strike in our frozen waters must be the result of user-driven simulation tuning.
05. Limitation of Liability

THE RRUAN PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SUCCESS IN VIRTUAL FISHING OUTCOMES AS THEY ARE BASED ON OUR PROBABILISTIC ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINE.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL RRUAN WINTER ADVENTURES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN OUR FISHING WORLD, NOR DO WE COMPENSATE FOR THE LOSS OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY OR PROGRESS DUE TO CONNECTIVITY ISSUES.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be settled through arbitration in Kuala Lumpur.
